This February we're back with a very special R&D Pie that's close to our Levantine hearts - Fetteh!

Levant is proud to share this pizza of the month with you... Fetteh! Inspired by the classic dish that many of us from Palestine, Syria, Jordan, and Lebanon grew up eating.

This dish has it all. Crispness, softness, and lots of flavour. Our signature focaccia is topped with slow roasted lamb & beef brisket, garlicky labneh , spiced chickpeas, baked za’atar pita chips, and pine nuts. Deceptively simple but full of flavour. It's a little bit of the Levant
