From Cairo to Levant...Pizza… on a Potato Bun.


A couple years ago in Egypt, I had a shawarma that changed everything. It wasn’t wrapped in pita. It wasn’t in our signature  focaccia.

It was served on a soft, pillowy bun — and it was perfect.


The beef was tender, slow-cooked, saucy. The bun held everything together like a real sandwich. I remember thinking:

“One day, I’m bringing this to Levant.”


Well, friends… that day has come.

Out with the pita. Out with our focaccia.

In with the potato bun.


Introducing: Egyptian Shawarma Sandwiches (limited time only)


Chicken sandwich with melted provolone cheese and toppings on a toasted bun, placed on green and white checkered paper, against a gray surface.

Egyptian Beef Shawarma — $9.50

8-hour braised brisket roasted with tomatoes, onions, parsley, and beef jus — stacked on a soft potato bun with tahini and pomegranate molasses.

This sandwich? It's unreal. Bold, juicy, unforgettable.


Egyptian Chicken Shawarma — $9.00

Our signature garlic & oregano chicken roasted with onions, provolone cheese (we had to stay Italian), house pickles, and a sweet-savory drizzle of garlic sauce and pomegranate molasses — all on that same buttery potato bun.
